upon inspection, we have found that all contents inside are in brand new condition, however the main pad piece is missing seemingly due to shipping and handling, this will cause issue with assembly and with usage as you will not have the main pad to use. the pad piece then it could be applied to this bench so this item can be used, but as is the vital parts for usage are missing. we have found that the missing piece is available to order online, we recommend obtaining this piece so that this item can be fully assembled and used for its intended purposes.
