Item tested for power, charging and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature, the limitations on our network and the fact that we encountered an error where one of the edge brushes is getting stuck and not spinning freely. Customer will need to address/fix this issue in order to use the item as intended. There is dust/debris on/inside the robot the robot vacuum and wear on the side edge brushes, main brush and mop pads from previous use. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
