There is some residual coffee/water stains as well as scuffs/scratches to the housing of the item as a result from previous use/shipping. There is also a crack/split in the top edge and the bottom panel area where the screen is has come apart from the housing (see attached photos). Item tested for power only. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature. Item is missing all the accessories (seen in 3rd photo), as well as the water tank, water filter, the hopper, the drip tray and drip tray cover. In order to use this item, customer will have to purchase all the missing accessories/pieces.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
