previous use indicated by the small bits of what appears to be salt buildup on the inside of the blades. Product also has an issue with responding to the turning knob for changing the direction in which the snow gets blown. The blades do not respond to the knob, but the blades do still work. See image details. Tested for power.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
