There is coffee/water residue present as a result from previous use. Item tested for power only. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature. Item marked with issue as the water tank is cracked in several spots and has some pieces broken on it. The water filter is also missing. Customer will require purchasing these parts in order to use the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
