Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned (there are scuffs/scratches on various parts of the item as well as the main unit and the roller cleaner head attachment have heavy build up of dust/debris on them. Item is being marked with issue as it is missing the battery (which customer will require purchasing one in order to use the item). As a result of this we are unable to test the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
