There is a light crack near the top corner of the plastic due to shipping - see photos. This should not affect the function of the dispenser, but care should be taken to not fill beyond the level of the crack in order to avoid any leakage. Outside of this damage, appears to be in new condition with no other visible issues.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
