Item shows signs of being previously setup and tried out prior to being returned (some installation marks present and some surface scratches on areas of the housing of the item). Item marked with issue as it missing the wall plate, the rechargeable battery, the screw kit, the charging cable and power adapter (the charging cable, power adapter are used for charging the battery). Customer will require purchasing these in order to use the item. As a result of the missing pieces we are unable to test the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
