this item has been tested for power and is confirmed to be working, their are some general scuffs, scratches, white marks and some dust marks on the wheels due to shipping and handling. basic hardware is missing and additional basic hardware will be needed to get the phone / book stand in usable condition as you can see in the photos below some screws are missing for said stand so the stand is dangling and not up straight because its missing some basic hardware.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
