Item shows signs of being tried out prior to being returned. There is light wear on the side brush, main brush and mop pads from previous use. Item being marked with issue as the robot vacuum internal battery is dead and customer will need to replace this part in order to even use the item. We found this out during our inspection/testing so as a result of this we we're unable to proceed any further with the testing. The item was tested for power and wifi/app connectivity only. However we are unable to even fully test this item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network. Please see attached photos for everything included with the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
