this item is in new condition, however the laptop it was tested on does not support the 3440 x 1440 resolution thus their are black boarders present in the photos below. this laptop will have no issue displaying the 3440 x 1440 resolution when used on a computer / device that supports it. see photos below

This item has been handled or tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and has been deemed complete and or working with no visible issues. The contents inside will still be in sealed bags and or cords untouched. Item may also appear in new unused condition but the bags inside have been previously opened and/or contents such as cables have been handled unwrapped.
