Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There are installation marks present, light signs of use on the build plate and filament residue on the nozzle. Item tested for power only and marked with issue as the extruder/nozzle assembly has some loose wires and there was an error code "10124" on the screen. As a result of this issue, it will need to be addressed and fixed prior to being able to use the item. Also please note that this item is missing the mounting hardware to assemble the item and the spool holder assembly. Please see attached photos for everything included with the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
