Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature and the limitations of our network. There is dust/debris on/inside both the base station and the robot vacuum as a result from previous use. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on the housing of the robot vacuum. Item is being marked with issue as it is missing the extra mop pad and the side brush for the robot vacuum. Customer will at least require purchasing the side brush in order to use the item correctly. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
