Upon inspection we have found a small crack on one of the wood board pieces and some fraying marks / dents on the wood pieces, this does not seem to be deep enough to cause issue with structural integrity, we have found no model information or dimensions for this item, meaning the dimensions on this listing are an approximate, the way we found this approximate dimensions is by taking the main side piece and the main top shelf piece and measuring the length of these pieces respectfully as seen in the photos, keep in mind that this is an approximate of the finished dimensions once this item is assembled and in no way represents what the finished dimensions may actually be, take this as a rough estimate with the information we were given, by counting the pieces with the manual included we were able to confirm that all vital parts for assembly are present, we have tested the mirror and can confirm its working. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
