all chair bases are present, however the set of legs for the 4th chair are missing, meaning only 3/4 of the chairs can be assembled, we have still included the base for the 4th chair because if the leg pieces can be acquired separately then that chair can be assembled as well, but as is only 3 / 4 chairs can be assembled as previously stated, their are some scratches / fraying marks on the metal legs and some dust scuffs on the chair bases indicating that this item may have been previously handled or used, or this could have occurred from shipping. see photos
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
