Upon inspection we have found that this item responds to being plugged in as the digital control panel lights up, however it does not seem to be functional as the light just keeps flashing and you cannot turn on the towel heater, this can still be used as a towel rack despite the fact that the warming function does not work. see photos
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
