item has some dust build up in fan head/motor there is also some light rust spots where the fan cage clasps from previous light use please note there is a small chip out of one of the fan blades and the remote is missing but can still be controlled from base please note bolt may need to be adjusted to move fan head
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
