There is residual coffee grinds/coffee in parts of the item as a result from previous use. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on some parts of the housing of the item. Item tested for power only. Unable to fully test the item due to it's nature. The item is being marked with issue as the LatteGo container is missing the lid and the plastic dump box (that goes in the middle of the unit). This piece is required in order for the machine to function (that's why when we power it on, it has the exclamation error.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
