Please note that this item arrived appearing lightly used and upon inspection the item is meant to come with a rechargeable battery pack, a solar charging panel, and a tree mount but they were not included in the box. these can be replaced and the battery will need to be prior to use. tested for power and function with wifi & app connectivity using a battery pack they had on hand. Please note that this item only works via cellular network with verizon and at&t in the US but the item can still be used in canada with the app or locally by using an SD card.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
