this item has been tested for power and is confirmed to be working, however we have found that upon testing it does not run, this may be an internal issue with the motor that may be fixable, however we are unsure if this is a fixable issue, their are some dust scuffs from shipping and handling, see photos below
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
