this product is handled due to dust marks which are present throughout the fabric of the product as well as some sand found inside the wheels of the product. The issue with this product is that there is a stain on the seat of an unknown origin which looks like some sort of paint or stain which may be harder to remove. The tab on the backside of the product which is used to fold the product also has some wear on the plastic.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
