Item does not include a cartridge/needle, 12V/0.5A power adapter, or an RCA cable; minor scuffs/scratches on the cover likely due to shipping, item's rear information sticker has been replaced with that of a different model, see photos.

This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
