Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test the item due to it's nature and our network limitations. There is dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and the base station as a result from previous use and our testing/inspection in the warehouse. Item marked with issue as it is missing the dustbin bag for the base station and the mop pad for the robot vacuum. Customer will require purchasing these accessories in order to properly use the item. Please see attached photos for everything included with the item. There may be some other accessories missing.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
