This arcade has been tested and is deemed working. We had taken the back panel off has the usb - c power is defective, we had plugged in another cord right to the board and it works great. The back panel will need to have a small cutout to run the cord through, so we did not assemble it back into place, please view the photo's attached.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
