This item and the sand paper discs and the vacuum bag is covered in dust, scratches, scuffs and what seems to be dried water stains / dirt, this item has been tested for power and is confirmed however the dirt stains / dried water will cause cosmetic issue as it seems to be too severe and the stains will not fully go away after cleaning, it seems this item is meant to come with a storage bag, this is missing. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
