Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned (there is some coffee residue/water spots on the item). Item tested for power only. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature. Item marked with issue as it is missing A18 ('Drip tray full' indicator), A24 (LatteGo (milk container)), A20 (AquaClean water filter) and A16 (drip tray cover). Please see attached photos for everything included with the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
