Upon inspection we have found some blemishes , scuffs and rusting / decolorization, this seems to be due to prior light use or storage and handling, this seems to not cause issue as the rusting / decolorization doesn't seem like it will damage the item or effect its usage / structural integrity. their is some dust on the storage bag from our warehouse,. all vital parts are present
