Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and wifi/app connectivity. There is dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and base station from previous use as well residual water/residue on both the clean/dirty water tanks. There is some gentle wear on the side brush and main roller brush of the robot vacuum. Item marked with having issue as it is missing the mop pad attachments with the mop pads and the dust bin bag for the base station. Customer will require purchasing these pieces in order to use the item 100%. Please see attached photos for everything included in the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
