Their is a crack on the back of the plastic seemingly due to shipping and handling and this item is missing its remote control, this does not cause issue as the fan can be used with its manual touch settings, this item has been tested for power and is confirmed to be working. see photos
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
