The TV fails to update when connected to our wifi network; as such we are unable to test for full functionality. This may be an issue with the TV itself, or simply a persistent connection issue with our network at the time of testing. Outside of this issue, there appear to be no issues with the TV's basic power or display, meaning it can still be used as a monitor even if the Smart TV functions are inaccessible.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
