there are some remaining dirt spots in head as well as cleaner has been put in tank. the assembly points have some light scratches from being put together/ taken apart in previous use please note cleaner fill cap latch has broken off but can still be used and taped down if preferred. the mop heads and bottle of solution are not in box but can be bought separately
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
