The mop pads and water/soap tank are missing from the packaging, only the mop itself and one soap bottle is included. Additionally, there is some hair and other debris stuck on the underside of the mop, indicating some potential prior use - see photos. Outside of the missing parts, the mop's power appears to function as normal, and there is no visible damage to any part. If customer can provide a replacement tank and pads, the mop should work without any issues.
