The box is locked and the keys appear to be locked inside it (can be heard moving when the box is shaken), meaning customer will need to find a way to get the lock open without the keys, or otherwise force the box open in some way. Appears to be in new condition with no visible damage or other issues - see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
