Keep in mind that this item comes in 4 large boxes that will require a large vehicle for pickup and may require multiple people for handling. keep in mind that ours is light grey, but the couch in the images used is grey, This item is missing 2 out of 3 of the long rectangular seat cushions as seen and highlighted in red circled in the main image, this couch can still be used without the missing seat cushions as replacement seat cushions can be acquired separately. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
