One end of the mattress is very dirty, potentially due to shipping without proper packaging, and there are also noticeable stains on both sides of the mattress, indicating a significant amount of previous use - see photos. Some threads are out of place, but there appears to be no major damage or issues with the mattress outside of the previous usage. If customer is willing to go through the trouble of cleaning it, it should be usable without any problems.
