Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. Installation marks present and some scuffs/scratches on the housing of the TV. The TV powers on, connects to wifi and seems that the screen is fine however there appears to be a specific problem with streaming apps like youtube, tubi and potentially more. The apps launches and ads play when selecting a video/movie, but the actually video does not play and sometimes causing the tv to shut off. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
