There are many stressed screw holes on a variety of parts, suggesting at least some previous assembly. There is also a small stain on the underside of the desktop, likely due to previous handling or a manufacturing issue - see photos. Outside of these blemishes, there appears to be no major damage or issues with any part, though customer may need to provide some extra hardware (screws, etc) in order to finish assembly, as some may have gone missing during shipping.
