Item shows light signs of being previously used prior to being returned (dirt/debris on/inside item and some minor scuffs/scratches on the housing). Item tested for power, charging and basic operation using the buttons on the robot vacuum. Item marked with issue as it is missing the included side brushes and customer will require purchasing these in order to properly use the item. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
