their is some general scuffs and dirt marks on this item from previous use and one of the tires is flat and is slightly off frame, this will need to be pumped with air, the right foot pedal, the training wheels and the front basket is missing, the right foot pedal will need to be replaced in order for this item to be used and the tire will need to be pumped with air. it seems that the wheels leak and may need replacing in order for this item to be used. see photos
