this does not come with bags, these can be purchased online. the button that keeps the lid on the bag holder has also broken off. it looks as though it clips on however i am unsure how it attaches, possibly a handy person would have better luck. tested for power.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
