Please be aware that this item arrived loose without the plastic mounting plate but it can still be attached to posts or trees with the included strap. this piece can also be replaced. Tested for power and function with wifi & app connectivity. Please note that this item only works via cellular network with verizon and at&t in the US but the item can still be used in canada with the app or locally by using an SD card.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
