item has arrived to facility without packaging, causing scratches and a large amount of dust and dirt on the outside. the case appears to have been used due to some crumbs and dirt inside, and lots of dirt on the wheels. one of the inner zippers that gives access to the shell is also missing the pull, is still functional.
