Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There are minor scuffs/scratches on some of the housing. Item tested for power/basic operation only. Unable to fully test item due to it's nature. Item is marked with having issue as the lid for the wash bucket is missing. See attached photos for everything included with this item.
