There are some heavy dirt/dust stains on the sides of the mattress due to shipping. The top surface appears to be free of stains - see photos. There are no clear indicators of previous use, but cleaning the sides will be somewhat time consuming if customer wishes to do so.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
