"Item tested for power, charging, basic functionality and app connectivity.** Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There is dirt/debris on both the robot vacuum and the base station. There may also be minor scuffs/scratches on both from previous use/shipping. Item marked with having issue as the mop pad inserts don't click/snap in to place like they should (this is likely due to the fact that they are the wrong mop pads for the robot vacuum). Customer will require buying the proper ones in order to effectively use the item 100%. There may be minor scratches/scuffs on parts of the item as a result from previous use/shipping. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
