battery does seem to be fried, it does not charge but charger does seem to be working. new batteries can be purchase online. please see photos. drill bits do have debris signifying previous use.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
