Item arrived with minor cosmetic damage to the front plastic but nothing that effects use. tested for power and function with app. Please note that this item only works via cellular network in the US but the item can still be used in canada with the app locally by using an SD card.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This Item has been deemed in NEW condition but the original sealed package has been opened for an unknown reason before arriving to our facility. This item has been handled or tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and has been deemed complete and or working with no visible issues. The contents inside will still be in sealed bags and or cords untouched. Item may also appear in new unused condition but the bags inside have been previously opened and/or contents such as cables have been handled unwrapped.
