Item arrived with clear signs of light use. there is minor wear on parts of the item but nothing significant and nothing that should effect use. tested for power and function with wifi & app connectivity. Please note that this item only works via cellular network with verizon and at&t in the US but the item can still be used in canada with the app or locally by using an SD card.
