The plastic on one side of one dumbbell is snapped near the base, as such any weight put on that side pulls the plate out of place. On the other side of that same dumbbell, one of the switches that locks the plates in place has fallen out and the spring has gone missing, meaning that the weights do not lock properly into place and may rotate during use. The other dumbbell appears to be issue free, with the exception of a small crack in the plastic of one of its plates - see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
