This item is missing the spout that the snow shoots out of. This item requires that piece in order to function correctly. This item is dirty and has some minor rust marks. During our testing, the lights would flash, but we had issues getting it to start even though we charged its batteries.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
